1. Presentation of website.

2. General conditions for use of the website and of proposed services.
Use of the medical-cellu website implies full and entire acceptance of general conditions for use described in the following.
These conditions for use may be modified or supplemented at any time, therefore users of the medical-cellu website are asked to consult them regularly. This website normally is accessible to users at all times.
Interruption of access for reasons of technical maintenance, however, may be decided by medical-cellu, which then would make every effort to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention. The medical-cellu website is updated regularly.
Similarly, the fact sheet may be modified at any time.

3. Description of services provided.
The medical-cellu website has the purpose of providing information. CESAM makes every effort to provide on the medical-cellu website, information that is as precise as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in updating, whether as the result of its own action or as a result of that by third party partners who provide this information to it. All the information indicated on the medical-cellu website is given for purposes of example and may change. Furthermore, information on the medical-cellu website is not exhaustive.
It is provided under reservation of changes made since the information was placed online.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data.
The website uses php, jquery and javascript technologies. The Internet website cannot be held responsible for material damage resulting from use of the website. Furthermore, users of the website agree to access the website using recent-model computer equipment, not containing any viruses and with an updated latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting.
The SAS CESAM is the owner of intellectual and property rights or holds rights of use on all elements accessible on the website, in particular, text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, and software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, by whatever means or process used is prohibited, unless prior written authorisation is provided by SAS CESAM.
Any unauthorised use of the website or any of the items that it contains will be considered as constituting counterfeiting and will prosecuted in conformity with conditions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of responsibility.
SAS CESAM cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to users’ equipment, in access to the medical-cellu website, and resulting either from use of a computer which does not meet specifications indicated in point 4, or occurrence of a computer bug or incompatibility. SAS CESAM also cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (such as, for example, loss of market or loss of chance) subsequent to use of this medical-cellu website.

7. Management of personal data.
In France, personal data, in particular, are protected by law no. n° 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004; article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

In using the medical-cellu website, the following may be collected: the URL of links through which the user has accessed the medical-cellu website, the user’s access provider, and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP).
In any event, SAS CESAM only collects the user’s personal information for requirements of some services proposed by the medical-cellu website. The user provides this information, fully aware of the consequences, in particular, because he or she him or herself performs this data entry. It then is specified to the user of the medical-cellu website the obligation or not to provide this information. In compliance with conditions of articles 38 and following of law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, computer files and freedoms, all users have the right of access, correction, and opposition to their personal data by making a written, signed request, together with a copy of the user’s identification with signature by the document holder, specifying the address at which a response can be sent. No user personal information from the medical-cellu website is published without the user’s knowledge, nor is exchanged, transferred, ceded, or sold on whatever medium to third parties. Only the hypothetical case of acquisition of SAS CESAM and of its rights would allow transmission of the so-called information to a possible purchaser who in turn would then be held to the same obligation of saving and making changes to data with respect to the user of the medical-cellu website. Databases are protected by conditions of law of 1 July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 relating to legal protection of databases.

8. Hypertext links and cookies.
The medical-cellu website contains a certain number of hypertext links to other websites, set up with the authorisation of Sarl CESAM. However, Sarl CESAM is not able to verify the content of the websites thus visited, and consequently will not assume any responsibility of this fact.
Browsing on the medical-cellu website may result in installation of cookie(s) on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file, which does not make possible identification of the user, but which records information relating to browsing with a computer on a website. Data thus obtained aim to facilitate subsequent browsing on the website, and also have the purpose of enabling various measures of visiting it.

Validate on Ok.

9. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction.
Any dispute relating to use of the medical-cellu website is governed by French law. The exclusive attribution of jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Nice, France.
